A Few Days in Jo'burg

I know I just updated a few days ago, but when we get the opportunity to use the internet we definitely take advantage! Crystal, Emily, and I have been spending a couple of days in Johannesburg, South Africa with Phyliss and Tad Tadlock (a career missionary family). Over the past two days we have visited 2 malls and an African market, seen a movie in a theater, and used high speed wirelss internet! Man, have we been spoiled or what! It has been so nice to have all the advantages of home for just a few days - I think we really needed this little vacation! As much as we have enjoyed this little venture, however, I think all of us are excited that school will be starting back up next week. I can't wait to see my students and begin teaching again. They are so much fun and are so curious to know more about God. Please keep us in your prayers as we travel back to Palapye tomorrow and then on Sunday travel to Gabarone (the capitol of Botswana) for a team meeting. Also, pray for our friend Reema. She is a journeyman in Francistown, Botswana and just had surgery to repair an injury to her shoulder. She's recovering, but will have to go through some pretty painful physical therapy.
