The week after we returned from Kenya, Kayla (the daughter of career missionaries in Francistown) came to spend a few days with us. We took her and our friend Maipelo to visit the ruins of a church built by David Livingstone and to see some animals at the Rhino Sanctuary. Maipelo has lived in Botswana all her life and it was her first time to see the animals - she was so excited and amazed (and a little scared when the rhino and giraffe walked so close to our truck)!
