While in Johannesburg, we ate at the famous Carnivore restaurant. The Carnivore specializes in (surprise) lots of different types of meat. You don't order from a menu, instead waiters come by with slabs of meat on huge skewers and slice off pieces onto your plate. They bring each different meat to the table and you choose which ones you'd like to try. On my plate above you can find ostrich, kudu, crocodile, warthog, eland, impala, and gemsbok. There's also a chicken wing, but I didn't think you would be very impressed by that.
