FPO is Over!?!?!

What can I say about FPO? In the beginning, I thought 7 weeks was a really long time. Now it seems as if the weeks flew by and 2 weeks from now I'll be in Botswana! There's really no way to sum up all that FPO taught me in a few short words, so I'll just say... I have truly learned more about who God is, what He is doing among His people around the world, and why it is so important that His servants go and tell the nations about Jesus. My prayer as I finish up my time at home and leave for the field is straight from the Word. "Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven." -Matthew 5:16- I want to be a light that shines for others to see the love of the Father. I want to always remember that it's not about me, but about Him and His plan. Please pray this for me and for my friends who are also leaving for the field.

To my FPO friends: I love you guys! I never would have believed how much all of you would come to mean to me. I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas with your families and friends and I will be praying for safe travel and opportunities for you to share the love of Christ! Keep in touch!
